Where did the last five months go... oh wait I know! We've been raising baby!
Things have been a bit hectic over here. However, tomorrow our little Andy-roo will be 5 months old, and we are getting use to a "new normal" .

We had Baby's First Christmas!
And New Year's! Celebrating at Wendy's new house was a lot of fun, I think. It's hard to remember; I was SOOOOOOOO tired.
And stayed up way too late. (Not me though. The real party began at 1am, just me and baby! Too bad you missed it!)
Jared's Great Grandma turned 80 the same day that Jared turned 8! It was a fun party with so many of Great Grandma Mahoney's Sisters.
The next day Ryan baptized Jared a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It was wonderful!
The NEXT day was Andrew's baby blessing. He was given the name
Andrew Nicholas Hochstrasser
My Mom made this darling blessing outfit for him.
It was great to have so much family able to be with us for such a special weekend.
This 4 generation picture is already framed and in my room. LOVE IT!
Danny's crayon car won the award for "Best Design Not a Car". Ryan did a great job helping the boys design and build their cars, and putting the evening together as the new Cub Master.
It's so nice to be able to go to Wendy's for a Sunday dinner! Aunt Annette and my Grandparents came too for Easter!
One of the BEST days of spring is BABY ANIMAL DAYS! Though with the lines it was more of a Baby Animal "daze" ... Still so fun! Danny wears his cowboy hat well. ;) You might live in the country if... this is a normal accessory for 9 year old boys.
Danny decided to make a barometer for the science fair. He took measurements everyday and put together a great project!
It was fun to have Lynda and Wendy come visit a day last week. We took a trip to the Pajama Outlet, and Ross, and yummy Paradise Bakery. Super fun, but we really miss Melissa on days like this.
The snow is melted, the sun is shining and the grass is growing! The next five months look very promising!!
Looks like so much fun! Wish you lived closer. :( Oh well...at least the pictures are cute! Keep posting them so I can keep track of all your adventures!!
ReplyDeleteYep, I remember those crazy days of your life :). Ah, the greatness of chaos ;)!
