Our 3rd Day in the City

After a lovely, warm breakfast at the hotel we made our way to the very convenient bus stop across the street, ready for another round of adventure in the city.

First stop: The Natural History Museum planetarium.

We enjoyed playing in the gift shop. ;)

Time to explore the rest of this massive museum!

Look what we found! "Me want gum-gum, dumb-dumb!" Name that movie.

There were dinosaurs with sharp teeth,

and very long tails.

I was holding out to see this massive whale.

Time for a picnic in the park across the street; Central Park that is.

By bus and foot we worked our way across to the East side of town for our next museum. This was a really nice part of town.

We found the Guggenheim!

You know, the Guggenheim. The museum in all the movies with the spiral gallery.

Too bad the spiral gallery was closed to prepare for a new Picasso exhibit. It was a bit disappointing to say the least. The gift shop was kind of fun though! We found a gift for baby boy #4. Can you guess what we plan on naming him?

I had to have my picture taken with this massive monkey. Those are some BIG socks! The price of this baby, $100.00. We left him on the shelf.

Dinner back in Rockefeller Center at Bill's before heading back to the hotel.

Waiting for the subway after an amazing, but tiring day.
